We had a problem to solve and a mutual friend introduced us to the Bettuzzi family. Right from the start there was a very strong understanding, almost on a gut level. We are also a family business, and we generally try to prioritise partnerships based first and foremost on personal trust. We don\u2019t take this type of relationship for granted: I see in other collaborations we\u2019ve had with multinational companies for example, that the relationship is colder and more schematic. Between us and Oiki there is a strong bond, which translates on a practical level into solving problems more easily and quickly, because there is trust and confidence. Dealing with machinery maintenance, we have always been very present in Oiki’s life, also thanks to our geographical proximity, which is certainly advantageous, allowing us to solve problems in a timely manner compared to other customers we have, for example, abroad. I believe that through problem solving you really understand the value of people and companies, and I feel I can say that we and Oiki know each other very well. We focus everything on service continuity, on solving problems – which inevitably occur despite continuous maintenance – quickly.
